Compensation and Obligations as a Referral Rep

As a Referral Rep, your primary obligation is to refer clients to Colbert's Business Funding team via email. The process is streamlined to ensure efficiency and clarity. This Is A Performance Based Opportunity!

Your Responsibilities:

1. Provide the client's full name.
2. Include the business name.
3. Specify the industry of the business.
4. State the amount requested and the reason for funding.
5. Include your name as the Affiliate Rep.
6. Provide your Affiliate Rep email address.
7. Select a credit monitoring service.
8. Name the chosen credit service.
9. Supply the credit monitoring login username and password (this can be given over the phone).
10. Provide the security question and answer, and a 4-digit PIN.
11. Include the Equifax credit score (required).
12. Include the TransUnion credit score (required).
13. Include the Experian credit score (required).
14. Answer whether the client is currently working with any other funding sources to obtain credit (yes/no) (required).
15. Mention how the client heard about us (required).
16. State the client's gross monthly income (required).
17. Indicate if the client or anyone in their family served in the military (yes/no).
18. Client's Phone Number & Email

• Market Various Programs: Promote our Business Grant Program, business plan services, and business funding programs.
• Grow with Us: As we expand our services, you’ll have the opportunity to grow along with us.
• Self-Motivation Required: Attract a minimum of 6 potential prospects who are serious about building or scaling their businesses.
• Access to Tools: Utilize a CRM to store, track, and follow up with your clients from beginning to end.
• Communication Support: Receive a phone extension integrated with your cell phone and a custom email address.
• Compensation: This opportunity is commission and referral fee-based, ideal for the self-motivated individual. $15% of the Gross Commission or a referral fee of $200 flat.
• Flexibility: Work this opportunity on the side or full-time.
• Once a week Team meeting & Training will be required
